客室内テレビでの動画配信サービス等をご利用の際はテレビのネットワーク接続後ご利用いただけます。
リモコンの設定ボタン⇒ネットワーク接続設定より接続ください。
チェックアウト時のログアウトはお客様自身でお願いいたします。
ログアウト忘れによるトラブル等の責任は、当ホテルは一切責任を負いかねますのでご了承ください。
また、テレビのアラーム機能はご利用にならないでください。モーニングコール(音声案内)は、フロント・ゲストサービスまでお申しつけください。

■新聞無料配布の終了
新聞をご希望の方へは、有料にて（一律350円）ご対応いたします。また新聞の種類も含め、在庫限りでの対応となりますので予めご了承ください。

■館内WiFi
WiFiのパスワードはキーケースに記載がございます。是非ご利用ください。

■客室内照明
客室内の照明は部屋入り口そばのスイッチで一括で操作できます。
各スペースごとの点灯をご要望の際は、ナイトテーブル上の操作パネルより操作ください。

■客室は全室禁煙となります。客室内で喫煙が発覚した場合は、消臭作業料として50,000円(税込)を申し受けます。

■外出の際は、必ずルームキーをフロントへお預けください。万が一、紛失の際は20,000円(税込)を申し受けます。

■スキンケアセット（クレンジング・洗顔料・化粧水・乳液）をご希望の際は、フロントスタッフへお声掛けくださいませ。※おひとり様1セットに限らせていただきます。

 

■Relaxation Lounge (One-Drink Service)
The guest-only lounge on the 3rd floor is open daily from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM (last entry at 6:40 PM).
Please show your room key to receive one complimentary drink.

■Use of In-Room TV, NETFLIX, YOUTUBE, and Other Streaming Services
You can use streaming services on the in-room TV after connecting it to the internet.
To connect, press the “Settings” button on the remote control, then go to “Network Connection Settings.”
Please remember to log out before checking out.
The hotel will not be held responsible for any issues resulting from failure to log out.
Also, please do not use the alarm function of the TV. For wake-up calls (voice service), please contact the front desk or guest services.

■In-House Wi-Fi
The Wi-Fi password is written on the key case.
Please feel free to use it.

■Lighting in Guest Rooms
The lights in your room can be turned on/off using the main switch located near the entrance.
To control lights in individual areas, please use the control panel on the night table.

■Non-Smoking Policy
All guest rooms are non-smoking.
If smoking is detected in the room, a deodorization fee of 50,000 yen (tax included) will be charged.

■Room Key Policy
Please leave your room key at the front desk when going out.
In case of loss, a replacement fee of 20,000 yen (tax included) will be charged.

■Skin Care Set
If you would like a skin care set (cleansing oil, face wash, toner, and milky lotion), please contact the front desk.
