■客室内テレビ・動画配信サービスのご利用について
・Netflix・YouTubeなどの動画配信サービスをご利用の際は、
テレビをインターネットに接続のうえ、お客様ご自身のアカウントにてお楽しみください。
なお、お客様ご自身のアカウントでログインされた場合は、チェックアウトの際に必ずログアウトしていただきますようお願いいたします。
ログアウトされていないことにより生じたトラブルにつきましては、当ホテルでは責任を負いかねますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
・テレビのインターネット接続は、リモコンの「設定」ボタンより「ネットワーク接続設定」を選択し、画面の案内に沿ってお手続きください。

＜テレビ インターネット接続方法ガイド＞

・当ホテルでは、客室内テレビでのVOD（ビデオ・オン・デマンド）サービスはご提供しておりません。
・また、テレビのアラーム機能はご利用いただけません。モーニングコール（音声案内）をご希望の場合は、フロントまたはゲストサービスまでお申しつけください。

■新聞無料配布の終了
新聞をご希望の方へは、有料にて（一律350円）ご対応いたします。また新聞の種類も含め、在庫限りでの対応となりますので予めご了承ください。

■客室内照明
客室内の照明は部屋入り口そばのスイッチで一括で操作できます。
各スペースごとの点灯をご要望の際は、ナイトテーブル上の操作パネルより操作ください。

■客室は全室禁煙となります。客室内で喫煙が発覚した場合は、消臭作業料として50,000円(税込)を申し受けます。

■外出の際は、必ずルームキーをフロントへお預けください。万が一、紛失の際は20,000円(税込)を申し受けます。

■スキンケアセット（クレンジング・洗顔料・化粧水・乳液）をご希望の際は、フロントスタッフへお声掛けくださいませ。※おひとり様1セットに限らせていただきます。

 

■Relaxation Lounge (One-Drink Service)
The guest-only lounge on the 3rd floor is open daily from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM (last entry at 6:40 PM).
Please show your room key to receive one complimentary drink.
※ During busy periods, you may experience a short wait.

■In-Room TV & Streaming Services
・To enjoy streaming services such as Netflix and YouTube, please connect the TV to the internet and sign in using your personal account.
If you sign in with your personal account, please be sure to sign out before checking out. Please note that the hotel cannot be held responsible for any issues resulting from failure to sign out.
・To connect the TV to the internet, press the “Settings” button on the remote control, select “Network Connection Settings,” and follow the on-screen instructions.

・Please note that VOD (Video on Demand) services are not available on the in-room TVs.
・The alarm function on the TV is not available. If you would like to arrange a wake-up call (automated voice message), please contact the Front Desk or Guest Services.

■In-House Wi-Fi
The Wi-Fi password is written on the key case.
Please feel free to use it.

■Lighting in Guest Rooms
The lights in your room can be turned on/off using the main switch located near the entrance.
To control lights in individual areas, please use the control panel on the night table.

■Non-Smoking Policy
All guest rooms are non-smoking.
If smoking is detected in the room, a deodorization fee of 50,000 yen (tax included) will be charged.

■Room Key Policy
Please leave your room key at the front desk when going out.
In case of loss, a replacement fee of 20,000 yen (tax included) will be charged.

■Skin Care Set
If you would like a skin care set (cleansing oil, face wash, toner, and milky lotion), please contact the front desk.
One set per guest.
